Hotel NoMa, part of the trademark collection by Wyndham, in New Rochelle consists of a recently renovated 130-room hotel with a 40,000 square foot corporate office tower. The upscale, modern and trendy W-Style interior compliments the critically acclaimed NoMa Social Restaurant. The office tower is tenanted by two publicly traded NYSE companies, a major law firm, and other regional and national companies.  This property was developed by the Brock family, and is owned and managed by Brock Services Corporation.
