Peter graduated in 1969 from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce. In 1971, he graduated from the Columbia University School of Business with a Master of Business Administration Degree. As a partner and principal of Brock Development Corporation, Peter provides a special interest in the financing, acquisition and development of major properties. He is President of Brock Services Corporation, a hospitality management and development consulting firm. He has developed over 1 million feet of commercial and hospitality space. Peter resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Peter is an avid skier, enjoys playing golf, traveling, spending time with his wife, Janice, and was recently the chair of the national board for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Peter has three kids - Colby, Jarrett, and Derek, all who play integral roles in the various aspects of  Brock's operations.

Andrew, upon graduating in 1973 from Hofstra University with a Degree in Business and Finance, relocated from the New York area to Northern Palm Beach County.  As a partner and principal of Brock Development Corporation, he has played a vital role in all aspects of acquisition, design and development of our various real estate holdings. Andrew has developed over 1 million square feet of commercial space, is a licensed real estate broker and President of KISS Realty, Inc.. KISS is a property management and brokerage company, established in 1978  that oversees approximately 200,000 square feet of retail space. Andrew lives in Jupiter, Florida with his wife Cindy and likes to travel, play golf, and is involved with a variety of charitable organizations. Andrew has two sons - Alex and David, both of who handle a variety of management and brokerage activities for Brock Development Corporation and KISS Realty.

Alex graduated from Arizona State University in 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Sustainable Development. As an asset manager, he is responsible for managing a variety of Brock's commercial retail shopping center assets comprised of over half a million square feet of GLA. Alex also assists in the design, development, and construction of Brock's assets, including working hand in hand with our architects on many critical design aspects of Brock Development's newest retail project, Alton Town Center. Alex resides in Palm Beach Gardens with his wife, Erin, and son, Jack. He is passionate about photography, backpacking, and traveling.

Colby graduated from University of Hartford in 1998 with a BA. While working in the hospitality industry in Florida, and New York, she also pursued a degree in Interior Design,  graduating from Parsons School of Design in 2008. Colby became involved with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in 2010, as a member of the Westchester County Board of Trustees. Colby currently oversees our hotel operations. In addition, she has designed and managed the renovations of the Hotel NoMa, Hilton, and the new Marriott Residence Inn project. Colby resides in Palm Beach Gardens with her husband, Mario and two daughters.

Graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a Degree in Business Economics in 2012, Derek has played a lead role in our development and management of more than half a million square feet of retail and hospitality assets in Florida and New York. Derek is actively philanthropic in our community, earning Man of the Year honors in 2016 from the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, serving as a member of the LLS Board of Trustees, and chairing several campaign platforms for the organization. Derek lives in Jupiter, Florida with his wife, Alexis, cat Kiwi, and his two dogs Jagger and Stevie. He enjoys staying active - playing golf, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
