A high profile centrally location development site in Palm Beach Gardens (~350,000 SF, ~40 acres, SEQ of Donald Ross Rd/I-95) that presents an excellent opportunity to expand in the density of Northern Palm Beach County’s affluence. 


Part of the Briger DRI, the last infill developable piece of land in Northern Palm Beach County, Alton Town Center is a unique high-end retail development located immediately east of Interstate 95 in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens . The Project will contain multiple components, including a power/big box/grocer component, an entertainment/lifestyle component as well as a necessity-based retail component making it the 24/7 shopping destination for all of northern Palm Beach County (trade area of ~300,000 residents). 


The project will be developed concurrently with the Briger DRI, a development of regional impact containing ~1800 high-end single family homes, 300 multi-family units, and up to 2 million SF of biotech/research/medical office, an 80 bed research hospital, and 1 or more national hotels. The Briger DRI is the last major developable piece in infill northern Palm Beach County. The main entrance to the site is cross-access at a signalized intersection with Abacoa, a 6,000+ home community. Construction has commenced, and delivery is anticipated early 2019.


Alton is a Joint Venture project between Brock Development Corporation and North American Development Group ( www.nadg.com ).
